退款換貨
若對商品有疑問，請在購買前提出，我們可以詳盡地溝通，確保你有愉快的購物經驗。
訂製商品出貨前會再三檢查，確保出品質狀態良好，並以妥當的包裝寄送，因此如於運輸期間造成商品的任何損毀，並非我們的問題，恕不提供換貨或退款服務，不便之處，敬請原諒。 

Return & refund
If you have any enquiry about the products, please let us know before placing the order. We will try our best to communicate with you, make sure you have a happy shopping experience at Kanamono.
All products are double-checked and packaged well before process to shipping. Therefore, we will not accept return or provide refund for any damage of product caused during shipping.
